A long-distance bus terminal organised around a cantilevered canopy, glazed waiting hall and clear passenger flow between arrivals, boarding and ticketing.

The brief called for a building that would serve its community for generations. Our response balances function with feeling — clear circulation, durable detailing and a calm material palette drawn from its surroundings. Spaces are arranged to invite people in and to weather the demands of daily public use with grace.
